Intake forms allow our doctor to understand your history
getting to know you. Download and complete these forms prior
to your first visit, or arrive 15 minutes early to fill them out in
office.
Our doctor will take a thorough look through your forms, and start
your visit chatting with you about your health history, goals, and
any question or concerns you may have.
A physical exam from our doctor will assess your alignment,
posture, movement patterns, and locating where your
conditions are coming from.
Scans will be performed to help us look deeper into the function of
your nervous system in its relationship to the spine, and how it
is impacting your overall health. These are non-invasive scans,
and are completely safe for everyone.
Depending on your case, the doctor may suggest digital x-rays if
necessary. They will allow the doctor to get a visual of your
spine, giving more detailed information so they can provide you
with the best care possible.
The doctor will go over the findings from your history,
evaluation, scans, and x-rays (if taken). Recommendations will
be discussed and decided upon together what the best plan is
for your chiropractic care moving forward.
Once a proper plan is place you are now ready for your first
adjustment in our office. We will explain and walk you through
everything so you are comfortable before we start.
